We catch quite a few mutton snappers, yellowtail and vermilion snapper. While live baiting on the surface we also snapper with a live bait or dead bait on the bottom. For vermilion snapper we deploy a “chicken rig” and can catch upto 4 at a time. In addition to snappers we also catch quite a few triggerfish, porgies, and many other assorted bottom fish. Most of these fish are excellent table fair.
